We're process specialists – we invest in researching, innovating and advancing our skills in facilitation and group processes. But effective facilitation also requires an ability to engage with the content – the concepts, issues and terminology – that a group is focussed on. Whenever we go into a new industry, we invest in understanding the language of that industry.
Through our past professional lives and our work with over 50 different organisations, there are a number of content areas where we already have a high level of experience and literacy...

Businesses are systems, but all too often we focus on snapshots or isolated parts of the business (and wonder why our deepest problems never seem to get solved). - CREATIVE rather than procedural
- EXPANSIVE rather than reductionist
- INVENTIVE rather than extrapolative
- INCLUSIVE rather than elitist
- DEMANDING rather than easy

And yes, we've done it ourselves, too. In our past professional lives we've demonstrated our flair for innovation and transformation – and even won awards for it.
