A meeting doesn't sit in isolation. It's part of a bigger picture. One that doesn't start and end when participants arrive and depart. We build connections with other activities and get communications flowing either side of the actual meeting.

Before the meeting, this might involve facilitating pre-meetings or briefings. Being proactive about forging links with other initiatives and events. Engaging local communities (read our Dunkeld case study). Preparing a briefing package to guide participants to the point of engagement. Posing key questions to get participants thinking and talking with colleagues.

The actual charts we draw take on a life of their own after the meeting. They're displayed, used in subsequent meetings, and travel to other places. They're a trigger for new conversations.

If you choose, we'll set up a password-protected project page for your meeting in our Client Zone. This page becomes a connection point for participants both before and after the meeting. We'll publish electronic versions of your charts here together with other documents and photos – generally within two working days of the meeting so that we maintain momentum.
