Why use an external facilitator?
Whilst many times you can deal with things in-house, sometimes it's a real advantage to bring in an external facilitator because...

  • they're specialists – they have experience and specific skills in designing and running meetings

  • they're neutral – they can help to remove any bias (real or perceived)

  • it leaves everyone free to be totally engaged participants without having to manage the meeting process

About venues
World Cafés and graphic facilitation have a number of implications for venues, including the need for small tables and ample useable flat wall space.

In addition, recent research is showing that factors such as natural light, views, greenery and ceiling height have an impact on how people feel and the effectiveness of meetings.

If you're thinking of using Now for Future for your meeting or conference, please talk to us before you book your venue. Or leave the event management to us, and we'll arrange the venue for you.
Our value proposition
A meeting represents an opportunity to change the future. It also represents a commitment of time and resources. All too often, the resources are consumed but the opportunity is not captured. We've built our reputation on unleashing the “collective power of the group” and maximizing outcomes whether they be learning, understanding, team building, planning, decision-making or problem solving.

We've run more than 200 meetings for more than 50 clients. More than 70% of our work has been with clients who have used us previously. We're trusted by people at the most senior levels of their organisations. We're regularly engaged to work on meetings that are complex and important – or that need a flash of brilliance and creativity!

We're confident in our ability to add value to all types of meetings. We look forward to hearing about your project and exploring how we might help.

Our clients
We've worked with more than 50 organisations. They include private enterprise, all three tiers of government, industry associations, universities, and NGOs. You can see a partial list of our clients in the Client Zone.

Our fees
Our pricing is based on the work required to successfully achieve your objectives. Beyond straight cost considerations, clients choose us because they believe we offer the highest value for money when measured against outcomes.

We don't have a fixed scale of fees for, say, a "one day planning workshop". Every meeting is different in terms of its objectives and complexity. And in terms of the services that different clients require – for example, having a graphic recorder as well as a facilitator is more expensive than just a faciltator on their own.

We can't provide a quote until we have a clear understanding of what's required. Generally, this means receiving a clear and detailed brief. Or meeting with you to talk through your project and requirements.
